- No smoking permitted in the cottage.
- No BBQ’s permitted in the cottage garden.
- Wifi in the cottage is free of charge.
- Parking for up to 2 cars on driveway.

Booking Terms at a Glance
When you book with us directly from this website, by phone or email, the following terms and conditions will apply:
- A non refundable deposit of one third of the rental price is required on the day of booking
- Deposit payments by debit or credit card via online booking system.
- Full booking balance must be paid 42 days before arrival.
- If the booking is made less than 42 days before start date then the full balance is payable at the time of the booking
The following cancellation policy is in place:
- If the booking is cancelled more than 42 days before the start date then no balance payment is requested.
- If the booking is cancelled less than 42 days before the start date then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
- In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
